Description
The Warrior Challenge gives participants the opportunity to run across Oak Mountain Academy's campus on our cross country trail which winds through 88 beautiful, wooded acres. Start and finish the race on the soccer field near our pavilion which offers clean restrooms and water fountains. A FREE 1 mile Fun Run will be held immediately after the 5K, with little Warriors running around the sports complex and receiving popsicles and awards at the finish line for all participants. When the races are over, stay for food from a variety of vendors, entertainment and activities for the kids as well as a raffle for 5K participants. Team discounts for groups of five or more members!
Chip timing will insure accurate, fast results for the 5K which will be immediately available. Our trail is carefully marked and maintained by our families and volunteers. Come enjoy a great Sunday afternoon “On the Mountain”!

Premium t-shirts for pre-registered runners and 5K medals to the Overall and Masters Male and Female finisher plus the top three finishers in the following age groups: under 14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+. All awards are based on chip time.
