Guided by our commitment of service to all mankind, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Xi Alpha Omega Chapter is dedicated to breaking the silence that often surrounds this disease. We are walking to ensure that no one faces a diagnosis without a village behind them. Please join us! Every contribution brings us one step closer to a cure.
