Canyonlands Ultra Charity Bibs

Help me support the Tim Tebow Foundation for the 2025 Canyonlands Ultra!

I am fundraising for the Tim Tebow Foundation - a fight against human trafficking and child exploitation. I've committed to raising money to support the Tim Tebow Foundation (TTF) by registering as a Charity Bib for the Canyonlands Ultra Marathon! I will be running 50 miles through Canyonlands National Park on October 25th, 2025. I chose to turn this ultra-marathon into an opportunity to race for something bigger than myself. Anyone who knows me knows I have a deep passion for children. I have spent most of my life working and volunteering in spaces that revolve around children. Whether that was nannying, working as a pediatric emergency nurse, coaching, volunteering at the Children's Healing Center, or serving in Haiti, I have felt a deep calling to use my gifts to help children. 

Scripture reminds us that we have a role in loving and serving the vulnerable populations in our world and communities, "rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked" (Psalm 82:4). Many of us have grown up in families that provided us with environments of love, faith, nurture, opportunity, and more.  It is a blessing we must never take for granted because millions of children have not had these same luxuries and experiences- whether they were born into it or had their freedoms taken. Child trafficking is all around us. No community is exempt from this nightmare. "Every 2 minutes a child is sold into trafficking. 4.8 Million people are victims of sex trafficking today. 300,000 American children are victims of commercial sexual exploitation each year" (Safe House Project, 2024). 

If you haven't seen it already, I encourage you to watch the film "Sound of Freedom". This film is based on a true story and does an incredible job depicting the depth, severity, and disturbing reality of child trafficking.  We have the ability to facilitate change and bring light into a world of darkness. A donation can help the TTF rescue children, prevent trafficking, and provide resources to survivors.
