Parking
There is a self-parking garage at the Warwick (the Penn Public and Hotel Parking Lot). The lot entrance is on Chancellor Street, between 17th & 18th. The cost is $50 per day.
For cheaper nearby options, SpotHero is pretty reliable (there are a ton of garages within close walking distance). Often, you can actually pick one and pay in advance.
If you want to find free parking and don't mind walking a bit, the streets directly by the hotel are mostly metered, but if you get south of Bainbridge St (about half a mile), most blocks are free/untimed (just pay attention to signage). Spot Angel has a pretty good visual map of where streets are/aren't metered (Green are unmetered).
