Marathon Participants should bring a light source: headlamp, running light, or flashlight.
Half-Marathon and Marathon participants
- Portable toilets will be located every 3-4 miles
- Water/other fluid stops every 2 miles+-
All Runners on Swamp Rabbit Trail
- Be prepared if you're in races starting after the full marathon that you will very likely see other runners coming from the opposite direction. It's important that all runners & walkers stay on the right side of the trail
- Advances notices about Spinx Fest will be put on the trail, but all participants should be alert for cylists, runners and walkers, who are not participants
- If passing a slower runner's/walker's on their left make sure they know it. It's best if you holler out "On your left!"
