Volunteers will be spread amoung race route during race, then will be picked up to go back to festival and supervise the inflatables.

Turn 3/Peep Station 1/Kids' Club

Volunteers will be spread amoung the race route: 2 @ turn 3, and a minimum of 11 will be needed at Peep Station 1 (3@H2O, 4@peep refill, 4@sticker-givers)

Peep Station 2/Egg Spreaders

Details

Minimum of 11 volunteers are needed at peep station 2, then will be picked up after race to head back to the festival and will be spreading thousands of Easter eggs for the Easter eggs hunts held later on during the festival. Volunteers will be asked to stay and guard the egg-filled areas.

Peep Station 3/Egg Spreaders

Chip Collector High Priority

Details

Volunteers will be waiting at the Finish Line to collect timing chips off of runners' shoes. The timing chips will be returned to Chet.

Refreshment Table

Details

Volunteers will refill refreshments as needed as runners come into the finish line.

Peep Collection Table

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

A minimum of 3 people will be needed at the Peep Collection Table. Your job here is to collect bracelets from runners as they come through the finish line and give them a certain amount of raffle tickets depending on the amount of bracelets they hand to you. Specific directions will be at this station on the day of the race.
