Hey Verrado friends! This is a group to encourage yourself and your friends to get moving together! As we work to find a running schedule that flows, I will change up the schedule each month to allow for most to participate. Meet ups will be at 5:30am on weekdays and 7am on weekend days starting at Ebb & Flow Coffee on Main Street. Happy running! 🏃♀️
