Join RRCA Certified Coaches, Erin and Terri for fun and functional speed workouts that combine running intervals with overall strength segments. We meet at Hart Park at 6:30 pm on Tuesdays for well planned workouts that meet your summer and fall training needs. All are welcome. Nobody gets left behind.
