Marathon Build Up Program
Hey Striders! (or those of you that want to be Striders but haven't made the move yet).
The 2024 Marathon Build Up program starts on June 29, 2024
The Build Up consists of 12 weeks of supported runs starting with 6 miles and building up to 22 miles. The runs have Aid Stations every 3-4 miles and Water and Gatorade; GUs are provided for distances over 16 miles.
Our participants range in pace from 6 minute up to 15 minutes plus per mile. They range in experience from newbies to 100 marathons completed (and more).
Everybody is welcome no matter what marathon you plan to run (or half, or whatever).
