Fall is here, and that means great running weather to train for Fall and Winter events!
Seaside Striders is offering its 2023 Fall Run Club. This session is an 10 week session with the option for personalized running schedules, or 10 week custom block schedules. Summer Run Club starts the week of September 16, 2023 and goes through November 18th, 2023. We'll be training for Fall, and Winter events. Most runners are training for Half Marathons, Marathons, or Triathlon - and always with a few running because its just fun! Seaside Striders offers you the chance to run in a positive and fun environment with a group that includes a broad base of abilities and running experience. Yes! We also have beginners who are training for the first event.
Whether you're building off of our Early Summer Run Club with a goal of running a PR or it's your first time joining Seaside Striders Running Club, the club is here to help expand your running through practice, planned workouts, and "on the run" education (& of course, FUN!). There's a place for everyone with the Seaside Striders Running Club.
