Bring your running to another level and have fun in the process. Seaside Striders is offering its 2023 Spring Run Club. This session is an 8 week session with the option for personalized running schedules, or 7 week custom block schedules. Spring Club starts the week of March 11th, 2023 and goes through May 6th, 2023. We'll be training for Spring, and Summer events. Most runners are training for Half Marathons, Marathons, or Triathlon - and always with a few running because its just fun! Seaside Striders offers you the chance to run in a positive and fun environment with a group that includes a broad base of abilities and running experience.
Whether you're building off of the Winter Run Club with a goal of running a PR or your just starting to run and train for marathons & half marathons, Seaside Striders is here to help expand your running through practice, planned workouts, and "on the run" education. There's a place for everyone with the Seaside Striders Running Club.
