It's all about prepping for Summertime running! (the official start of half and full marathon training season for Fall 2021! :) ) Seaside Striders Running Club is excited to announce its SPRING Run Club's Session 2 is kicking off the week of May 22 through July 4th. We are offering North County's favorite in-person workouts for runners. So if you want to stay motivated, get in some social time, fantastic running, and most importantly, start getting fit for Live events, then Spring Session 2 is for you!
Things are starting to look and feel positive in the world, and now is the time to get back in the groove with your running. While things are opening up more and more, we're still taking a few precautions to keep things safe, but we've got a great system that's working well, providing terrific, social "group" workouts, and inspiring terrific fitness results from club members.
Continuing for Spring Run Club 2021, we will be hosting a 6 week block during May and June, to provide that boost in running drive while manifesting the fitness boost you desire from your running. The Spring Session's season begins on Saturday, May 22nd, and runs until Saturday, July 3rd.
We have multiple options available for Spring Run Club's Session 1 to accommodate the various levels of motivation we are all experiencing during this time.
SCHEDULE OPTIONS for SPRING RUN CLUB
Option 1 - Personal Weekly Run Schedules.
Get a little more 1 on 1 coaching with a personal run schedule sent straight to your inbox each week. This allows for more coaching interaction, a higher level of customization of your workouts, and added flexibility from week to week.
Option 2 - Tiered Block Schedules for 6 Weeks.
A full 6 weeks' running schedule w options A-D (Beginner to Advanced), and our famous Speed Work PDF w options A-D (Beginner to Advanced, but all can be coordinated with a different lettered Block Schedule). These can be customized to fit your week to week availability.

In-Person Run Workouts for All Run Club Participants ** - For Spring 2021, Seaside Striders will be offering North County's only In-Person running workouts. Find the best motivation anyone can find 2x per week at these workouts where we'll challenge ourselves and encourage each other.
- Saturday In-Person Long Runs
- Small Group Wednesday In-Person Speed Workout
Weekly Club Newsletter - Get group news on upcoming events (even if we have to make our own!), updates on fellow runners, and running tips to help you stay fired up.
Several Social Time Happy Hours - A little social time with your running buds is just what the doctor ordered sometimes. These optional evenings are for runners and their family members to get together, play some games, and just enjoy a light evening of fun.

This option gives you the ability to customize your workout with a stress free 6 week schedule that covers the entire 6 weeks of Spring Run Club's Session 2. It allows participants the guidance you're looking for and workouts that will keep you fit, and motivate during the fall run season no matter what your long or short term goals.
