Events are back and so is SSRC's Summer Run Club for another season of terrific workouts, and great runs with friends. With events making a return, we'll have options for runners who are running in local events, and training for upcoming half marathons and marathons. Even if you're not interested in running in an event, Summer Run Club will help you to organize your running and make it even more fun.
Seaside Striders is a year round run club in it's 18th year that offers runners of all levels and abilities the opportunity to run and workout together with synched together seasonal training and coaching sessions. Seaside Striders has something for all levels - from beginners to Boston Qualifiers, and offers both group schedules and individual coaching options. We believe in group workouts and individual and personal coaching.
The Summer Run Club runs from July 11th through September 4th. We'll enjoy Saturday morning runs where we build our endurance, and Wednesday Workouts that will challenge you and and help you grow as a runner.
Every runner in the club also receives the weekly SSRC Newsletter filled with running tips, group info, and more. Plus, we'll have several fun socials this summer for all members.
Whether you're running for fun or to cross a finish line, Seaside Striders Summer Run Club is a great place for any runner this summer.
