Summer is just around the corner, and that means great running weather to train for Summer and Fall events!
Seaside Striders is offering its 2023 Early Summer Run Club. This session is an 8 week session with the option for personalized running schedules, or 8 week custom block schedules. Early Summer Run Club starts the week of May 7th, 2023 and goes through July 1st, 2023. We'll be training for Summer, Fall, and early Winter events. Most runners are training for Half Marathons, Marathons, or Triathlon - and always with a few running because its just fun! Seaside Striders offers you the chance to run in a positive and fun environment with a group that includes a broad base of abilities and running experience. Yes! We also have beginners who are training for the first event.
Whether you're building off of the Spring Run Club with a goal of running a PR or your just starting to run and train for marathons & half marathons, Seaside Striders Running Club is here to help expand your running through practice, planned workouts, and "on the run" education (& of course, FUN!). There's a place for everyone with the Seaside Striders Running Club.
