Join us to explore local trails along the foothills and learn how to conquer the terrain. You will experience some amazing scenery while learning new trails that you will visit for years to come. Hitting the dirt may be just what you are looking for to reduce injury and enhance your running experience. Sunday runs will vary in distance and intensity.
The duration of this group will be 8 Sundays. Starts April 11 thru June 6 (no Sunday training Memorial Weekend). This group is for the newbie to experience trail runner looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to improve their running and reduce injuries. Not a runner, no problem. Come hike with us. You will get an amazing workout while enjoying our beautiful Annadel State Park.
Sunday morning runs will start at 3 miles and work up to 8 miles. We increase gradually each Sunday. Welcome to run less miles. Coaches will be happy to work with you and provide a personal training plan. Cost for training program is $65. Starts Aoril 11, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. Following CDC. regulations, all participants will be asked to wear face covering, stay social distant and carry their own water and nutrition. The group is limited to 20 participants.
