This 13 week program is a progressive training program that will eventually get you up to 13 miles (if that is a desire for you) and less or more miles (if that is a desire for you). It is ALL trail and soft surface running. It is spending time in nature, learning new trails, spending time with like minded people, and a reason to get up early on a Sunday morning!
