NoBoundaries is a proven beginning 5K training group. This group is ideal for those who are new to running or are coming back after and extended break. Trained coaches and mentors will help participants train for the St. Patrick's Day 5K. The program is a slow, steady progression and should be achievable for anyone who is currently able to walk continuously and comfortably for 30 minutes.
This is a nine week program. The group will meet Thursdays at 5:45 p.m. at Fleet Feet and a various locations on Saturday mornings at 8:30 a.m. You will be asked to run one additional day on your own.
