Running takes dedication—but you don’t have to do it alone!
The Santa Rosa Half Marathon, 10K and 5K Training Program has everything you need to run your first or your fastest race: experienced coaches, ability-based training plans, training specific seminars, race-day premium amenities, and so much more!
Your 10-week training plan will provide daily assignments for running, cross training, strength work, and recovery. The plan is to gradually increase overall training volume while offering opportunities for your body to build back stronger, week after week.
The camaraderie of training with a group week after week will take your training to the next level. When the training gets more rigorous, you'll have the collective strength of the group to keep you moving forward. When you crush a key workout, the group will be there to celebrate your achievement. And on those early mornings when you just don't feel like getting out of bed, the training group will keep you accountable.
Group runs together on Saturdays at 7:45 a.m. and Tuesdays at 5:45 p.m. Training plan will include all the information you need! First group run is Saturday, June 17, 2023. Saturday run locations will vary and include Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Sebastopol and Petaluma.
