Run coaching individualized to each athlete based on level of fitness, health history, goals and time available to train.
Training plan and support on a monthly basis. Training plan is individualized and support is available as often as needed. $200 /month covers: initial assessment, weekly training plan and any updates, analysis of feedback, availability for Q&A, advice and support and 2 in-person meetings/training sessions.
