Bob has been volunteering his time on Tuesday nights for the past 25 years to share his knowledge and coach walkers and runners from beginners to elite athletes as they strive to achieve their goals. To give back even more to his community, Bob founded the non profit Moving ME Forward (MMF) in 2012! 

In addition to joining the MMF Running Club (your entire membership fee is donated to MMF) there are many ways you can help support the work of Moving ME Forward. If you wish to volunteer your time for a MMF initiative, please reach out to Donna at dbeaulieu@movingmeforward.org. If you are in a position to financially support the mission and vision of Moving ME Forward, your tax deductible donation is greatly appreciated and will create further wellness ripples in our community!
