GWTC365 offers members of Gulf Winds Track Club one year of racing for a single discounted entry fee.

GWTC365 is a program offering GWTC Members a single discounted purchase for all GWTC Club races for one year.
Only available to current GWTC members.
Registration/purchase can be done on any date - not limited to the calendar year.
Membership in the program begins at the time of purchase and expires in one year on the calendar (e.g. purchase on May 12th, 2023 then expiring on May 11th, 2024).
Active members in this program will be provided with no-cost registrations available through RunSignUp.com for all GWTC Club races.
Members of this program will be responsible for their own (free) registration for each race online and within the established registration time frames for the race - this specifically includes registration before event maximums are reached.
These no-cost race entries do not include shirts or similar added items. During individual race registration, registrants will have an opportunity to purchase shirts or other added items at the same unit price offered to other registrants.
During race registrations, additional family members or friends can be registered normally during the same transaction through RunSignUp.com
Members of this program will be able to choose from the distances offered if applicable. For example, Marathon or Half Marathon. Note that this does not include one-mile fun runs unless the mile is the marquee event such as Breakfast on the Track and Rex Cleveland.
No refunds, transfers, or deferrals can be offered.
No remediation is promised in the event of a race cancellation or date moving outside a given 365-day period.
“Club Membership Discounts” (below) indicate the races that have live registrations and have been set up for the discount. If your desired Club race doesn’t appear there, it will soon.
Note that this program specifically allows only one entry in each race regardless of the date of the race (such as if the race date changes or if the calendar falls such that the race repeats in fewer than 365 days).

Q: “What is this program?"
A: This is one year of GWTC races for one discounted price.
Q: “What are the rules and details?"
A: Please see above. Also acknowledge understanding of these rules during registration.
Q: "Do I have to be a member of GWTC to participate?"
A: Yes
Q: "Is this the same as GWTC Club membership?"
A: No. This is a club within the Club.
Q: "How much discount does this program offer?"
A: Approximately 35% off of the earliest registration prices
Q: "Do I have to run all the races?"
A: No. Within the year, you may run as many races as you wish.
Q: "After I sign up, do I just show up and run?"
A: No. You still need to register for each race. You will have a no-cost registration set up for you to claim.
Q: "Does registration in this program include shirts?"
A: No. however, during race registration, members of GWTC 365 will have an opportunity to purchase shirts and other added items at the same cost offered to other registrants.
Q: "Do I have to wait until January 1st to sign up?"
A: No. Your participation begins whenever you sign up and continues for 365 days giving you a free pass to run each Club race once.
Q: "I already signed up for a GWTC race or two in the future. What do I do now?"
A: You're great! Because you're so great you will get special, customized treatment. Please get in touch with the Program Administrator to explore the options that are available to choose what's best for you.
