Description
The 2025 Team Acorn Triathlon Club is for athletes ages 18+ of all ability levels that are interested in a fun, supportive USAT certified multisport club. The 2025 season will run April-July. 2025 membership will include entry into a local triathlon, weekly coached workouts for the three disciplines, access to USAT/Ironman certified coaches, weekly indoor pool workouts, optional group rides/open-water swims, scalable team training plan focused on a short course race, discounts on products and select local races in the Terre Haute and surrounding area. Whether you are all new to this sport or looking to compete at the front of the pack, Team Acorn Triathlon Club will support you every step of the way.
Team Acorn Mission: To create a community for all levels of triathletes in the Wabash Valley to participate in the sport of triathlon

Coffee and Triathlon Call out Meeting
March 1st 9am- Federal Coffee + Fine Foods
March 2025-Saturday 9am Workshops throughout the month
- March 8th- Training Plan Introduction
- March 15th- Bike 101
- March 22nd- Nutrition 101
- March 29th- Physical Therapy
April- July
Swim 6am Tuesday at the Aquatic Center
Run 5:30pm Wednesday location TBD
Bike 5:30pm Thursday location TBD
Swim/Bike/Run 7am Saturday locations TBD

Membership Does not Include

*You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own equipment.
- We expect all acorns to help with pre, post, or/and during the race. (If you want to race, you must help with pre/post-race or have a family member stand in your place.
- Funds will be donated to Terre Haute Parks to contribute to built environment. This past year, we were able to donate a fix-it station to Jones Trailhead!
