A runners boot camp every Tuesday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm at OP Schnabel Park on Bandera Rd. We will be meeting at the pavilion near the playground.
This isn't just for runners, this is for all fitness levels. We will be concentrating on form, strength, agility, balance and core for an amazing cross training workout that will compliment any event you are currently training for. Adding agility, plyometrics and strength you will see your cardiovascular fitness improve immensely.
No equipment is needed. You might want to bring a towel or mat for ground work.
