A high school base building and strength & conditioning for distance runners for the 2020 Winter season. The runner's training will focus on building their aerobic ability, basic speed, and specific strength to prepare for their best track season ahead.

Perfect for the high school runner looking to make big improvements over the late Fall and Winter months. Join us for 8 weeks of coaching, aimed at building a good mileage base and getting stronger. We will meet Tuesdays each week and runners will be supplied with a training program to follow throughout the Winter months.
What to Expect
Come prepared to learn and run! Each session will be 60 minutes long and include the following activities:
- Teaching Lesson (training schedule building, basics of endurance training, basics of strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and racing strategy)
- Warmup (including jogging, plyometric, dynamic exercises)
- Progressive Basic Speed/Stamina Training
- Strength Work
* Runners are expected to provide their own transportation to and from training. We will end at 5:00 PM.
