This 8 week program is for beginning runners to train for their first 5k or improve their 5k time. Coached meetings are at 6:45 pm on Wednesday's at Haddonfield Running Company. Come ready to run! Following runs we will hold clinics to answer training questions, including training principals, nutrition and raceday prep. Participants will also receive a daily schedule for the entire 8 weeks. Survival goodie bags will be provided for all participants as well as a 20% discount to RunningCo while enrolled. Kick-off meeting is January 16th. See you then!
