This membership registration is for the AS YOU RUN CHEETAHS - GIRLS and BOYS ages 7-12yo. (1st through 6th grade).
In our 6th year the program has developed runners of all abilities. This running program is our cross country season focusing on training in the grass and uneven terrain (hills!). We have 2 race opportunities this season. As always the session provides a strong coaching staff to teach proper running form, develop positive mindsets, and increase speed and strength. These group practices include running drills, teamwork, a running workout, stretching and prayer.
Race shirt included!
PRACTICE begins Wednesday, September 3 and ends on October 24th!

Saturday, September 27th (10AM start): Race of Champions Fun Run, Lower Dauphin Middle School, Hummelstown, PA
Friday, October 24th (5PM start): Annual Season's End, Gordon Ave, Wilkes-Barre
