Spring Track 2026

Girls Track Level 1: 1st-4th grade

Level 1 is for girls 1st through 4th grade (7-10 years old). 4th graders have the option of being in Level 1 or 2. This year we are splitting up the girls into 2 groups to better provide training and adequate attention to the athletes. Practices begin Thursday, April 9th and will continue weekly until May 28th beginning promptly at 5:45 and finishing at 6:30. Track Meet: Saturday, May 30th 10am start. Location: Solomon Plains Middle School. Each athlete recieves a racing shirt. Use CODE: VENMOME to submit payment via Venmo. Returning Cheetahs ONLY, take 15% off when you register by March 19th! Use CODE: CHEETAH15. Siblings use CODE: SIBLINGSRUN for 15% off too!

Description

AS You Run was established in 2020 to provide running opportunities to girls in NEPA. With focus on goal development, building strength, running form and training you'll be running in a way that will give you the confidence to call yourself a runner!

Coach Ali Schappert has experience coaching junior high school, varsity, and collegiate cross country and track and field in Luzerne County. As a mom, she took the leap of faith to build a community of youth runners to fill the void of the lack of youth running programs in NEPA.

AS You Run's mission is to promote confidence in running through a Christian-faith view. We vision building a community of youth runners, who are strong of body and mind, and invest in the future running community of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
