Running 101 is a beginners training program to get you to your first 5k OR better your 5k time. No prior running experience is required. This group also fits well with anyone who has run a 5k or two and is wondering how to get faster. The group will be meeting twice weekly. 6:15pm on Wednesday's at our Haddonfield location and 8:00 am on Saturday's at our Moorestown location. The kick-off meeting will be in Haddonfield on Wednesday, August 21st at 6:15 pm. Come ready to run! This fall we'll be training for The Bone Run 5k in Pittsgrove, NJ on October 19th. There will be clinics immediatley following workouts on nutrition, training philosophy, injury prevention, race-day prep, and strength training. All registrants will receive:
