This is a beginner training program for the Run for Tony 5k on August 27th with RunningCo. of South Jersey. This program is appropriate for those who have just started running or want to start running. The group will meet on Tuesday's and Wednesday's at 6:00pm and Saturday's at 8:00 am. Registrants will receive a daily schedule for the 10 week program which kick's off Saturday June 14th at our Moorestown location with the first run and refreshments to follow. We will cover running related topics such as injury prevention and race prep as part of the program.
