Description
The Maple City Milers is a running club that aims to bring fellowship to runners in and around the city of La Porte. The Milers encourages runners of all skill levels to join and participate in club activities and local running events.
Requirements are that all members have 1 calendar year from date of joining to compete in and finish at least 2 races that take place within La Porte County. Race confirmation notices and finishing times may be sent to the administration.
Lastly, members may send their monthly mileage to administration. There will be a 100, 500, and 1000 mile club. Members who qualify will receive awards in January 2017 for their accomplishments. This is on the honor system, and a word document will suffice for documentation of miles ran.
