IMA Running a USATF club and primarily trains for endurance races ranging from 800 meter to Marathon. We focus on development of running strength, mechanics/form and achieving long range goals.
We were sstablished in 2012-13. The trainer and coach is Drew McCabe and has acquired over 8 years endurance training experience. He is a USATF. Certified Coach, Running Form and Personal Trainer.
IMA has two training each year. Winter/Spring, starting In December until May and Summer/Fall, starting in June until October.
