Description
Just In Time Events is proud to announce our new VIP Membership Club. Throughout the many race that we have conducted over the years, we have seen an increase of "regulars" that show up on RACE DAY to the races. We have taken notice that these same faithful people race enthusiest are fighting the crowds and waiting in the LONG lines to either Register or Check-In.
Our VIP Membership Package is designed to SAVE you money and give dedicated runners the ability to do just what they came to do: RUN!!! (and donate to a worthy cause).
Membership Levels
2016 Individual Membership
SAVE $60 (plus additional members ONLY discounts)
Through our seasonal memberships, we have partnered with other races in the area to provide ONE low price to all of VIP Members. The members will receive entry into 5 premier local races:
Advance Physical Therapy Presents:
"Run 4 The Health of It" Race Series:
- Race 1 – 2 Mile: Aug. 12, 2016 (Historic Dowtown Thibodaux)
- Race 2 – 5k: Oct. 29, 2016 (806 N. Acadia Rd. Thibodaux)
- Race 3 – 10k: Nov. 24, 2016 (806 N. Acadia Rd. Thibodaux)
Femmes Natales Runabout 5k: Oct. 2, 2016 (Peltier Park Dr, Thibodaux, LA 70301)
BCA 5k Run/Walk: Nov. 5, 2016 (Peltier Park Dr, Thibodaux, LA 70301)
FREE Just In Time VIP Member T-shirt
Your membership comes complete with a 2016 Membership T-shirt.
INSTEAD of getting 5 shirts (one from each race) members can just wear your member T-shirt PROUD and represent! (However, if you would like to purchase event T-shirts, you may purchase them individually) [1]**Click Store for details**
No further Registration need:
- Once signed up, the members will be automatically added to each of the races. They will be entered into the race automatically. There is no need for them to check in or register for every race.
ONE Bib and Chip number throughout the season:
- Upon checking in at our first race (August 12th, 2016), the members will receive their bib and chip. This Bib and Chip will be assigned to them THROUGHOUT the membership period. When they show up to the other races, they just need to come to the starting line and RUN!
BONUS Membership Benefits:
Throughout the season, we will be adding additional benefits that are included in the membership package. Some examples include but are not limited to (subject to change):
- More discounts on other races in the area not included in the membership
- Private and Express VIP Registration/Check-In Area for all “Just In Time” Events
- Discounts and Coupons to stores and retail shops throughout the surrounding area.
