This run club originates at the Melissa Data Corporation building on Avenida Empresa in RSM. A life-long runner, RRCA certified running coach Bette Hagerty is focused on the heahtly runner with emphasis on form, smart training and gradual improvement.  Both seasoned and new or returning runners will benefit from the weekly group runs, semi-monthly clinics and encouragment from the group.  All levels are welcome to this club.  Private coaching is available, but the focus of the club is on the group dynamic and safe/healthy running.
