Heart N Hands is a nonprofit organization that raises awareness and educates girls about heart health and heart disease prevention while partnering, supporting and contributing to various charitable organizations.
Heart N Hands hosts several fitness events each year and provides heart related sessions with community partners and organizations focused on the health and wellness of our community.

Heart N Hands Family Memberships are available for parent(s) with children, age 20 and under, living in the same household.
