Race Training Plan
With this plan we will build your goal race training plan. We will initially meet in person or through skype/facetime to discuss how to conquer your goal. I will be available through email/messenger to answer questions and provide suggestions from our initial meeting to your goal race. $40

Individual Training Plan
With this plan we will build your goal race training plan. We will initially meet in person or through skype/facetime to discuss how to conquer your goal. I will be available to run with you and meet in person to assist in workouts. I will be available through email/messenger/phone to answer questions and provide suggestions from our initial meeting to your goal race. $100
