Live, Love, Run...it is simple really.  It is not necessarily in that order, it can be Love, Live, Run or Run, Live, Love or Live, Run, Love. It is fluid and dynamic.

Running is more than physical it is mental and sometimes spiritual. Titanium Training, LLC provides the critical structure, guidance and support to help each person reach their individual running goals and enjoy their running journey.

Lydia Shell is the head coach of Titanium Training, LLC. She is a RRCA certified Distance Coach. In the last four years she has discovered her passion for distance running and wants to share this passion with others and help them achieve their distance running goals. She has completed 15 marathons, 23 half marathons and many 5K's and 10k's along the way. She strives to improve her distance running while maintaining the love and joy of running. 

 

Membership Levels

Individual Training

One on one coaching sessions. We will meet once a week for one (1) hour sessions. These  sessions will be designed to work on specific aspects of your customized training program. You will meet with the coach to discuss your running history and goals. The coach will develop a training program for you and you will decide which workout will be done one on one with the coach. In addition to your one hour session,the coach will monitor all your workouts via a web interface and make adjustments to the training program as needed. The coach will provide weekly feedback and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Individual Training can also be used to focus on one specific aspect of training such as hill workouts, speed/track work, long runs, etc.

Individual training can be purchased in one (1) or two (2) month increments.

 

Maximum Number of Members Included in Membership: 8

Membership Options

1 Month Membership: $100.00 + $3.00 Processing Fee
2 Month Membership: $175.00 + $5.25 Processing Fee

Virtual Training programs

Trainees can purchase custom training programs geared towards either speed development or distance. The coach will use your current running history and goals to develop your program. The distance programs can be geared towards 10 miles, half marathons or marathons. The speed development will work to increase the participants speed at various distances. You will be assigned runs weekly and will have to log the runs in through via a web interface. The coach will monitor all your workouts via the web interface and make adjustments to the training program as needed. The coach will provide weekly feedback and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Virtual Training Programs can be purchased as three or four month programs. Please note all Marathon programs are four month programs.

3 Month Membership: $65.00 + $1.95 Processing Fee
4 Month Membership: $75.00 + $2.25 Processing Fee

In addition the participant and coach will meet 4 times in person for specialized individual training.
