Description
This is the BeliveinMe Running Club (BME RC) fall distance running "Green Flash" training program (includes cross country (XC), trail and road running) for youth ages 7 to 18 AND adults (ages 19 and older).
Runners primarily train on trails and grassy terrain and may participate in local, regional, and national XC and trail racing competition. The Green Flash team may also participate in community road racing events.
Fall practices will be held at various local (Frederick, Carroll, and Montgomery County) park locations on Wednesday and Sunday evenings. All practices are optional. The practice schedule will be posted here:http://www.bme-rc.com/team-calendar1/
First practice is on Sunday, 9/1/19.

BME RC Fall Green Flash - One Runner (Youth OR Adult)
This is membership for ONE runner for the fall BME RC Green Flash Running Program for youth ages 7 to 18 (birthdate at of 12/31/19) and adults. .
