For the individual new to running or walking looking to complete a 5k. This program is focused on beginners, however all abilities of walkers and runners are welcome. This group will be targeting the Longview 5k on November 11, 2017.

The training program features a structured training schedule built by experienced coaches and offers weekly group training runs and educational clinics on Strength Training, Nutrition, Shoes Fitting, as well as other great people to run with.
