Info: Free to join, just show up. every pace from walking to running. Many bring their kids in strollers. After the run, most of us go to Lost Pizza and enjoy a drink or food while socializing and letting the kids play.

Place: Praire Life Fitness
Info: You'll see a bunch of people standing around getting ready to run. It lasts for one hour. Tuesday we usually do speed work and Thursday is usually a long run.
