Memphis in May Triathlon Weekend

Four open water swims are being offered to area triathletes prior to the 40th Annual Memphis in May Olympic and Sprint Triathlons and AquaBike races at Shelby Farms Hyde Lake on May 13-14 to help them prepare for the event. These sessions are geared for swimmers who can already swim and are interested in becoming faster and more efficient in races.  The open water swims will be held on Sundays at 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. The first swim begins April 16 and is repeated again on April 23, April 30, and May 7.
