Champions Are Made In The Summer! The Without Limits Triangle Summer Run Club is an amazing opportunity to train throughout the summer alongside dedicated athletes and some of the best coaches in the Triangle area. Open to youth athletes of all skill levels (4th-12th grade), this program is designed to help develop a love for running and lay the foundation for successful fall sports seasons. We're offering three registration options: 

  • Track & Trails Days (5 Days-A-Week)
  • Track Only Days (2 Days-A-Week)
  • Summer Training Plan & Online Coaching 

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Summer Run Club: Track & Trails Days 5-Days-A-Week Join any of the practices scheduled throughout the week (on the track or the trails). Must be in 4th-12th grade and able to run at least 2 miles without stopping. Includes Triangle Summer Run Club T-Shirt & 5K Race from $350
June 5 - August 2 Membership: $350.00
Summer Run Club: Track Only Days 2-Days-A-Week. For athletes who prefer attending the practices that meet twice a week on the track (Monday & Wednesday Nights). Must be in 4th-12th grade (capable 2nd & 3rd graders may join upon approval) Includes Triangle Summer Run Club T-Shirt & 5K Race. from $250
June 5 - August 2 Membership: $250.00
Virtual Summer Training 10-week program designed to help athletes prepare for the fall cross country season. Customized weekly training plans. Strength programming. Weekly calls and emails. from $200
June 5 - August 10 Membership: $200.00

WHEN: June 5th - August 2nd

  • While we encourage consistency, daily participation is not required.  We understand summer can be busy with travel and other activities so runners are welcome to join workouts as often as they can fit them into their schedules depending on which option they sign up for.
  • Note: There will be no practice week of July 15th-19th because many of our coaches and athletes will be at the WOL XC Camp in Banner Elk that week.

Tentative Weekly Schedule:

  • “Track Days” 2 x Week: Monday & Wednesday, 6:00-7:30 PM at a local track (Mills Park Middle School Track)
  • “Trail Days” 3 x Week: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7:00-8:30 AM at a local trail (American Tobacco Trail or Umstead Park)

Typical practices include:

  • Fun team games that the kids love
  • Dynamic warmups & stretching
  • Form & speed drills
  • Variety of run workouts
  • Daily core & strength work

What to Bring Each Day:

  • Water bottles
  • Proper running shoes & running attire
  • Yoga mat or towel for core & strength
  • Digital wristwatch

Under the expert guidance of Coach Josh Estep, our team shines in competitions across local and national stages, catering to elementary, middle school, and high school athletes.

Our program emphasizes a holistic approach to athlete development. We host multiple practices weekly, focusing on skill enhancement, proper running form, drills, and strategic games.
