We are running collective passionate about making an impact in our community through our joy of running. Walkers, dogs and their humans, and runners of all paces are encouraged to join us!

Tuesday's @ 6:30 PM and Saturday's @ 7:00 AM

We explore different parks, areas, routes to run as a group- What better way to connect with our community than to run around and explore!

We strength train and yoga together mostly at Triangle Rock Club but occasionally other places too.

Every Saturday we meet up afterwards for a cup of coffee/tea.
