Description
The goal of our run group is to inspire and encourage all participants and give them the motivation to improve and reach their established goals. We offer group runs and workouts, individual training, and team events to support the community.
Membership Levels
Individual Coaching
Looking to run your first 5K/10K or have a goal of completing your first Half or Full Marathon? Or just looking to improve your endurance or speed. Whatever your needs are, our certified run coach will work with you to implement a plan geared to your specific needs/goals.
Monthly membership includes initial consult, race plan one hour per week training session.

Group Member
