Description
This group is for those who are training, moving, or competing in the name of Suicide Prevention and Awareness. We are a motivating and uplifting group to support each other through all the trials and triumphs of training, exercising, or surviving our every day goals.
The rules for being a part of this group are simple.
1. Be positive and uplifting
2. Post training/race/moving to l;ve photos with #TeamSPAZ so we can see you in action breaking the stigma!
3. Absolutely no course cutting or intentional cheating of any kind will be tolerated. If this is discovered upon application or during membership it is grounds for dismissal from the team.
Being in this group also gets you a few awesome things!
-Free basic training plans or training help and support (through Facebook group)
-Personalized coaching available for Team SPAZ registered members at a discounted rate
-Free training/race nutrition advice (through Facebook group)
-A confidential and uplifting space to express all your feelings about not just exercise, but anything that is on your mind!
Also as a registered Team SPAZ member you will receive a Team SPAZ T-shirt and goodies package with your registration. (We will begin team membership package shipments in January, 2020)
Team SPAZ will help support, uplift, and bring each other to the next level in our everyday lives by bringing out the best in one another!
