This is a 6 week series of 10k specific workouts for runners looking to improve their 10k time. Runners should be able to complete a 4 to 5 mile run when entering this program. We will meet on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm for a coached workout, and on Saturday mornings at 8am for a group run. All meetings will be at RunningCo. of Moorestown. The first meeting is Tuesday, September 23rd at 6pm. Team Tindall coaches Colleen Tindall and Anita Rogers will be planning and overseeing workouts. There will be two supporting clinics: "The Do's and Don'ts of Training" and "Race Prep" that will take place after Wednesday's workout. Dates for clinics will be on the days that the largest number of participants can attend and will be decided once the series begins. Once you are registered you will hear from your coach through email before the series begins. All paces and ability levels are welcome!
