This is a coached training group for the Philly Love Run Half Marathon on March 29th, 2015. The group will meet Wednesday nights at RunningCo. of Moorestown at 6:00pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00 am. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced runners are all welcome.
The training program is coached by Anita Rogers and Colleen Tindall, both part of the RunningCo. family and USATF Cert. coaches with Team Tindall Coaching. Each registrant will receive a daily schedule with assignments from their coach which includes room to log progress. Registrants will have an opportunity to attend clinics on race prep, how to train, injury prevention and more. Clinics will be held Wednesday evenings after the group workout. Participants will receive 10% off all purchases at RunningCo. of Moorestown, Haddonfield, Mullica Hill, and Medford, while enrolled.
