This is an 11 week beginner's half marathon training program for the Philly Love Run on March 30th. Registrants should currently be able to run 2-3 miles continuously. The club will meet twice weekly beginning Saturday January 18th at 8:00 am at RunningCo. of Haddonfield. Each Saturday after the 18th the group will meet at RunningCo. of Moorestown for their Saturday run. There will also be a Wednesday night meeting at RunningCo. of Haddonfield at 6:00 pm. The group will be lead by coaches Colleen Tindall, Ralph Harris and Anita Rogers. Registrants will receive a daily schedule for running, as well as coached workouts at the meetings. There will also be clinics on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings on injury prevention, race day prep, training philosophy, and nutrition. Registrants will also receive exclusive discounts to all three RunningCo. locations while enrolled. We will also have a tent and portapotty for our training group on race day.
The training program cost is $175. Your Race Registration Fee is NOT included. You must register on the Philly love run's race website for the race. However, Group tent and porta potty will be provided for all program registrants on race day!
