The Uptown Gentlefriends is a social activity group based in Mercer County, NJ and is filled with athletes of all disciplines and proficiencies. In addition to weekly runs and workouts, the Uptown Gentlefriends hold three major events throughout the year - a fixed-time running/walking event, a 5k trail run and a six-run winter series.

Our mission is to bring people together from all walks of life by offering free and fun activities where they can socialize and gain fitness.

"UGF" holds 3 events throughout the year; Uptown Gentlefriends 12 Hour Track Attack in April, Dash and Deciduous 5k trail run in June and a 6 run, 6 month long winter series, Delaware River Loop Series.
