We are a social running group who likes to use running as a tool to bring the community together. We want to create a fun atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and accommodates all fitness levels. We offer short midweek runs and long runs in the weekend with occasional running boot camps. Our motto is "Fitness is Fun.'
