My mission is to help you achieve your best. I believe that running is one of the purest forms of exercise and when done correctly can improve your life in more ways than you thought possible!
Whether you're new to running, training for a 5K, a marathon or simply to become stronger and healthier, knowing what to do, how much to do, and when to do it can be challenging. Cookie-cutter online training plans are not the answer. They will help you to a certain point, but they are not geared towards your individual life, restrictions, and style. As a running coach I will give you that extra motivation and inspiration to RUN!
I will guide you and work with you individually to maximize each and every run.
This includes the initial meeting and consultation in person.
Evaluation of races, training history and current running level. Plot out future goals. Discuss running form. Create an individualized training or running plan over the designated number of weeks. Every week we will adjust and update the plan.
I will be happy to help you map routes for specific runs. Long run/race day nutrition and hydration instruction and of course, unlimited communication via g-chat, email, other chat programs as well as during our face-to-face meetings.
I will also help you plan your race week if you are racing.
This includes the personalized training plan that will be developed for you after our initial meeting (either by phone or email). Thereafter, you will receive individualized attention, frequent communication via email, text, gchat, twitter, etc. Adjustments to training plans as needed and weekly updates to your plan.
